I am a full service studio. I make our session fun & as stress free as possible. I like to mix natural,
candid & posed shots in my sessions. I work very hard to help you feel
at ease and relaxed so I capture those real & special moments with your family.
Being a mother of 4 myself, has given me patience & understanding to
help photograph little ones!
For newborns this can mean taking lots of breaks to eat, soothe & diaper changes.
For family sessions with toddlers, this means, ALWAYS moving, playing & keeping a cheerful
positive attitude to ensure I capture the most amazing images.
Consultation.
Prior to booking my sessions, I will begin with a consultation to get to know one another. This can be in person, through messaging, the phone or whichever way works best for you. I encourage this time to ask any question and share ideas. We will discuss any must have shots and any items or props that you would like to include during your session.
Scheduling.
Working with your schedule is the most important to me. We will plan around any sports, nap times or activities your family may already have planned.
I will give you some recommendations on locations for different times of the year if you would like. I also will suggest best times of day depending on the ages of who is being photographed.
For newborn sessions
I suggested contacting me as early as your second trimester to ensure that I can get your due date on my calendar. We will then have time to get to know one another and can discuss all the Grow-with-me options that I offer.
Day of Session.
On the day of your session, we will meet at the set time and location & start snapping away. You will not have to worry about anything but having fun.
Family sessions last approximately one hour. Limited Edition & Quick Take sessions are 20 minutes. For newborn sessions we will give baby all the time they need. I suggest allowing 3-4 hours.
Reveal and ordering.
Approximately 2-4 weeks after your session, I will contact you to set up a time to come into the studio for a reveal & ordering appointment. You only purchase what you love! You can choose which collection fits you best or create your own with the Ala-Cart option.
At this appointment you will also receive a link to an on-line gallery so you can share your images and personalized video with family and friends.
